This site looks to have fairly decent prices. I haven't done too much looking around but they are half the price of my hi-md discs.
Try dat heads, they will know.

I buy my DAT tapes here:
CCBC

393 King St. West

Tel. 416-593-0161
Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
I only buy Sony 60 meter and 90 meter DDS tapes.
Generally I get the 90meters for about $5 CDN each and the 60 meters for about $4.50 CDN.
I've been going there for almost 10 years.
You might be able to get a better price if you use me as a reference.
PM me for more information.
