The Hip appear on this years Juno Awards CD with Vaccination Scar. And if it counts, the Hip are referenced in K-OS' Crabbuckit, which is also on the album. The album is out March 1.

Seriously, that is one awful collection of songs, aside from a few gems; even the diehardest of Hip fans would have to think twice before purchasing it, I believe.
