Except people aren't quite so LOYAL to Microsoft...I don't hear anyone touting that company as the greatest thing since indoor plumbing.
I laughed so hard at the "power to buy anything" paragraph - because that's EXACTLY what I thought the other day when i heard they're coming out with new, SMALLER!!!!! iPods for $99...they called it an exciting advancement and I thought 'Really? Seems like a backwards step to me.'
But no...apparently it's an EXCITING advancement! I can just heard the collars of starched shirts being clawed open everywhere as the weaker, more gullible members of the nerd world order - AKA the members of the nerd world order - gasp for air. They better get enough of it while it's free, too, because Apple with eventually co-opt oxygen somehow.
