Ok, things seem kinda s...l...o...w...around here lately, so I thought I came up with a question. Given that almost everything around new years gets put into a "look back" format I thought this was a good idea.
What gets your vote as the best hipbase thread of 2004? post links if possible.

I'm still looking through all the posts...I'd like to nominate an infamous locked post, but I don't think the tool police would come for me in the middle of the night like a scene out of the Wall!
I'm looking for the best "Learn to use the search feature you retarded f#*&" thread and it's taking more time than I thought it would. I also got a great kick out of the google image search threads...what a great waste of bandwidth.
if nothing else, this is a good lesson in how to utilize the search feature...okay class, today we are all going to look up threads that relate to the song Ahead by a Century and Armageddon..now begin...
Good choice Beanmedic, I had a good chuckle with that one. I think we should include a "why you selected this thread comment"

I'd have to agree with Jenna's nomination and add the linkage the Hipbase recieved with the Alan Cross web piece about the history of the Hip. :thumb:

i too agree with jenna. Everyones hard work in getting these concerts out and putting them on Chris's kick ass site is the best thing thats happened this year. You guys rock!!!

I concur, everyone raise a glass to Chris and to Bittorrent technology, and let's hope it stays with us for a while before the man takes it away. P.S. here's to cheap external hard rives....I know I better get one soon.
Also, is there a way to see the thread with the most views? The most posts? I've tried and had no luck?

I think I just skipped over that thread because I wasn't particularly interested in their birthdays...which I think only further proves your point, Beanmedic. I had a very entertaining time reading it over though. Oooh, my goodness, the meaningless, pithy fights that erupt out of nowhere on the Hipbase...
