As some of you may remember, The Darkest Canuck and I made a little wager before the NFL season kicked off in September.

if the phins win more games than the Bills then you can't post here for a month, if the Bills win more games i can't post here for a month...if the phins make the playoffs then you must sport a phins avatar for a month upon your return, if the bills make the playoffs then i must do the same but with a bills avatar.

The Bills are not my team, by the way - but I couldn't resist making the wager when DC said Ricky Williams was "overrated" and the Phins would be fine without him. DOH!

Anyway, tomorrow is the conclusion to the regular season and the Bills trounced the Phins: 9-6 vs 4-11. And if things go the Bills' way on Sunday, they will make the playoffs.

DC, I trust you will hold up your end of the wager. And if the Bills do make the playoffs, I'll get tragicallymike to pick out your Bills avatar for February.

With no NHL hockey on the horizon, it looks like you'll need your $200 million+ Yankees to get you back on track wager-wise.

oh well, this place has been a snorefest lately anyway. Steelers are takin care of business right now, look for another TD/FG on this current drive to put it out of reach for the Bills. The Yankees have recently acquired Tony Womack, Tino Martinez, still might go after Beltran, and are just about ready to ink the deal with the Big Unit, 2005, the year of the Wookiee, THE EMPIRE STIKES BACK!
