Agreed. Thanks to TLB for posting this!

After recently downloading two separate boots from the Tracker that had the Cookie Factory-West Wind/Dirty ABAC rant in the middle of NOIS, I can only conclude it must have been absolutely mind-bending to have heard it live. Especially with Gord singing the ABAC part what sounds to be a half-octave (or something like that) higher than the version we know today... he sounds a little manic, almost half-cocked. Truly excellent stuff!!

I really like hearing ABAC like that... It really shows off Gord's singing range (although, that would be VERY tough to hit all the time, which is probably why they brought it down for the album). At first it sounds like you're hearing just the harmony to the regular ABAC too, which was really strange to hear to start off, but wow... sounds amazing...

Actually, the entire recording sounds amazing...

Any SK people, Regina in particular will know what I'm talking about here.

I always thought the song Cookie Factory was talking about a Dad's Cookie Factory that was located in "White City" just east of Regina on the TransCanada. The town is tiny and really is just a blink away from being missed on the highway, but eveyone knew they had a cookie factory.

I originally thought the audio you have was from the mpeg but I think it may be from a CD single, hence the A+ quality.

the mpeg is the video file with A+ sound is there any way to just rip the audio from it, and secondly will it lose any of the sound quality.
