Kids in the Hall
#1

Okay,

So which Kid is your favorite? Mine is definitely Bruce McCullough. Scott Thompson and Mark McKinney close seconds. Kevin MacDonald is alright. Really don't care that much for David Foley.

Best skit is the "Eradicator!!!"

Kevin MacDonald is pretty good as "Buddy Holly" too.

Hahaha! The Eradicator is definitely one of the funniest skits they ever did. MucCulloch is freakin' hilarious. I love all five of them though. Even Dave.

Mark McKinney, he was hilarious dressed up as a woman, especially with braces as a teenager. I broke up laughing just looking at him. Chicken woman skits were pretty funny too.

I saw them live a few years back on the "reunion" tour and I never laughed so hard before. They are all fantastic, incredibly funny actors. Thanks for this thread, I forgot about them!

Any skit with Bruce as Gavin. The meat shop skit where he asks "If my head were veal, which of course itis not, how much would it be worth?" and the one where he asks that guy to paint his chair but he can't because he is in the middle of a big bike race. I'm laughing my ass off right now just thinking about it.

Dave Foley has always been my favorite.

Favorite skits:

Girl Drink Drunk
The Hecubus von Satan skits
Son of Flying Pig
Gavin
Idiot Boy (Scott Thompson)

I also love Scott Thompson as "Manny Coon", the drunk artist guy giving the commencement speach at the Northern Ontario College of Art. So classic!

Count me as a Bruce fan. The skit where Bobby has been dumped by Laura and he's so upset has a classic line - "Country and western music, I understand it now." Cracks me up every time.

But I think my favorite skit doesn't even involve Bruce. It's got the other 4 at a dinner party as couples and ends with Scott screwing Kevin on the dining room table. They did it in the live show in 2000 and I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life.

"I can't even say her name!!!"

"Operator, if you won't cut in, would you at least tell me if she's talking to another guy!!"

"Lauraaaaa!!!"

That skit is classic. So is the "So, how long does rock, got?" Skit. Bought the first 2 seasons on DVD for my mom this x-mas. She loves the kids. The movie kicks ass too: "See that Nina Bedford show today? Sure, that was the one on toast f*cking. You know, when you f*ck or get f*cked with toast."

You guys know that Bruce directed the Music@Work Video, and that he's really good friends with Gord?

I would have to say Bruce and ekvin as a tie, I think both are great in the skits they do. Mark in line next.

Every Gavin skit is hilarious....."you can't make me take riddalin", but Kevin McDonald stole the whole "Brain Candy" Movie, I thought he was great! There is just someting about his voice and timing that I find hilarious.

Mark, you have to love the chicken lady! Especially the one where (s)he drove by the house she grew up in and had to go into it............."left me scarred, scarred for life!" His teenage girl with braces is classic too!

Another one of my favorites:

kid: "Dad, are you ok?"

Kevin McDonald: "Gonna have some cornflakes. Gonna have some cornflakes. Can't have cornflakes without a whole lotta milka. You're mother's cheating on me. You're mother's cheating on me. Gonna fix the car. Can't fix the car without a whole lotta milka. Let's see who's number one in the charts....number one in the charts? Bel Biv Devo. Bel Biv Devo."

What about Tammy and her "Dance" video or that skit where that mouse poops in Marks bread. All these things are coming back to me and cracking me up at work. I gotta buy these DVD's.

bruce wins for me, hands down...my favorite skit has to be the one where bruce plays the angry, mullet-headed boyfriend(not sure of the name) and kevin plays his sidekick. they start a fight with the biggest guy in the bar and they square off in the parking lot against about 15 huge dudes.

bruce: "first im gonna kick your ass, then im gonna kick all of your friends asses....in alphabetical order."

kevin: "so im gonna need some names"

gets me every time
