Very pretty! Our tree only has lights...we haven't gotten around to the actual decorating yet. I'm sure it will be covered in every art class monstrosity I made in lower school. When will my mother learn that she has to throw them all away?

Art class monstrosity, thats friggin funny. My Mom always hangs this crappy candy cane I made in grade 1. It looks like something a stoned chimp with a severe learning disability might make. I sucked!

Alright, laugh if you must but at least I'm posting a picture of the pathetic little 32" fiber-optic tree that Mrs. Scottitude and I find so kitschy it's cute.
It's like the twenty-first century version of Charlie Brown's tree.
We share the opinion that Christmas is,
you know, for kids. Our daughters are grown and living away from home and we stopped the large-scale decoration thing years ago. The big bonus is that the tree goes up and gets taken down and packed away in sixty seconds or less, combined!

 My boyfriend has that tree too! I gave him an ornament as an early Christmas present, and its the only one on the tree, making it even more Charlie Brownesque.
