Anyone here an audiophile? I just bought a $400 pair of Grado SR325 headphones, along with a $300 specified amplifier to accompany it. It may sound ridiculous, thats $700 dedicated to pure musical bliss. But I cant tell you how incredible this sound really is. It truly is, for lack of a better discription, a 3-D sound.

Im a man whos owns nothing, but real quality in what matters most to me prevails. Music falls into this category. Does anyone listen to their hip, or any music, on true, quality hi-fi equipment?

i shelled out close to 5K for my home theater setup but its nowhere near 'audiophile' quality. IT sounds pretty damn good to me though, but i still always want to upgrade...its a sickness!
