Does anyone else remember these??? I think they were produced by a company called Panini. Great stuff. You bought the book, then packets of like 5-10 stickers and subsequently filled the book. Most of the players had stickers, team logos, uniforms (home / road), the team's arena, etc So much fun!! Anyone know where I could get one from the mid 80's?

I know exactly what you're talking about. I've got a completed baseball one from '87 or something like that. Too bad that I never did a hockey one. I got right into the real cards for hockey.

My dad is an avid sports memorabilia collector/ trader. I know for a fact the he has almost all of them (for hockey). I'll be talking to him on the weekend. I'd like to take a gander at those myself. I think he still has "doubles" of many players.

I remember getting a couple of those for birthday presents. I know we were right onto collecting hockey and baseball cards. We still have drawers full of cards organized by sport and player. Those were the days..

I totally forgot about the foil trophy stickers! What about the ref stickers?? They showed the refs calling each individual penalty and what each violation looked like. Great way to educate kids on the rules of the game.
