These are both available to hip club members it seems exclusively. I logged in to my THC acount and checked out the merch. I noticed the pin was available so made the purchase. One week later it was here and at a discount price. The heksenketel video was still available as of today. Nice christmas gift eh! an out of print brand new hip vid!

i ordered the vid earlier this afternoon and got the pin in the mail today,i was even bidding on ebay for one a few weeks ago...can`t beat $18 for a brand new vid

Has anyone recieved their Heksenketel movie from maple music yet? I ordered mine on December 2 and it still isn't here. Damn Canada Post. Has anyone else had this problem?

I ordered Heksenketel to be shipped regular post (didn't pay extra to have it expedited). I got it within three days of placing the order. I was surprised because I've had problems with Maple Music before. I had ordered a Tegan and Sarah cd for my niece and two months later, it still hadn't arrived. I called and left a message, and one of their people called me back. Ended up sending the wrong cd and several subsequent phone calls later, I finally got what I was looking for, and they threw in a couple extra cd's at no charge because of the inconvenience. At the time the girl I talked to told me that I should have placed the original call sooner because merch is always shipped out within two weeks of placing an order.
Long and short of it, give them a call. You should have had your order by now.

thanks, i called them and left them 2 messages and i even e-mailed them but i haven't gotten a response yet, i payed an extra few dollars for expresspost which should have taken 1-4 days. oh well, something better be resolved soon.

this is ridiculous. I've called them and left about 4 messages and I've e-mailed them about 3 or 4 times and they haven't called me back or replied to my e-mails yet. This is the last time I ever order anything from them.

This is a f***ing joke, I've left like 10 messages on the phone and via e-mail to MapleMusic, each time with the promise of my call or message being returned in the next 48 hours. It's been about 2 weeks since I started calling them and I haven't gotten one reply. Then I decided to e-mail them through their service adress. I was then sent an e-mail from them saying that they were currently on holidays and would resume business on January 4th, it sure would have been nice to know this information when I started calling them in the first place I would have saved alot of time by waiting untill the 4th. Anyways it just pisses me off that i paid extra money to get the Heksenketel movie delivered through expresspost and it still hasn't come. The movie is probably sold out by now and it was only available through the HipClub and now that thats down there is probably no way of re-ordering it not that i would ever do business with Maple Music again. Sorry about the bitterness but I just wanted to get that off my chest.

i got an email today saying it is out of stock and that i can wait for it to come in again or get a refund, im gettin a refund and i'll look for the video somewhere else. it pisses me off that i ordered it at the very beginning of december and when i ordered it it said it was in stock and its taken over a month to find out it was never even sent out.
