Not Sure if this is old news to all of you or not, BUT....

Next time you're in Kingston, head to the corner of King and Princess Streets (South East Corner I believe) and there is an alley way where you can find the original "the Hip live between us" line. It is spray painted on the wall. It's where the art on the Live CD disk comes from.

I'm sure some of you would know more of the details but isn't an early (now former) member of the band responsible for this?

Sorry if this has been covered a hundred times before but I just thought of this when I was reading the thread about places you've been that are mentioned in hip songs. BTW, where is the golden rim motor inn?

Having driven to Vancouver and back about a gazillion times, I'm proud to say that I've stayed overnight at the Golden Rim Motor Inn at least twice. And yes, they really do have soft water and color TVs!
