I got rid of a bunch of cd's this past summer, but I wouldn't say I was embarrassed by any of them, just didn't listen to them anymore.

But, back in 98, or sometime around there, when Kid Rock was just starting to make it big, in Canada anyways, I heard "Bawitaba" (or whatever the hell it is called) and I went out and bought the album based on that one song. Upon first listen I realized it was junk (in my opinion) and was embarrassed I even bought it. Then when he really became big I was even more embarrassed to own an album by such a knucklehead, given what he stands for and how he portrays himself. I ended up giving it to a guy a work.

Limp Bizkit's Chocolate Hotdog Experience, or whatever the hell that disaster was called, is the only cd I have ever thrown out the window of a moving vehicle. I was pissed off for weeks after listening to that pathetic excuse of an album.

I'm not saying it's my most embarrasing album I've ever owned, but in college I disctinctly remember going to some party and people asked if there was any music. The guys who lived there had very little that wasn't thrash metal. I went to my car and grabbed my cd case from my car and gave it to some dude to put some songs on...about an hour later I heard the disctinct sounds of Neil Diamond's Cracklin Rose eminating from the stereo...I was torn apart. I still enjoy an occassional Neil song (but in the privacy of my car...windows up)
