GD on Law and Order
#1

Weird how this topic should come up after I have my dream about him on the show.

My friend Sara who is also a big hip fan and lives in TO said there was an old Law and Order episode on A&E last night. She had seen it before and there was something familiar about the guy who was playing the bass player in the show. She watched the credits and it was GORD DOWNIE!

I'm an SVU fan but I'm willing to keep an eye out for this episode! She said it's the one where a Courtney Love type singer gets killed and Gord is in a club.

Oh wow wow wow. This is exciting news. How I wish I had been watching. If you ever see it, and get it on tape, please please please make me a copy? Or e-mail me and let me know it's on? Ugh. After reading this, I realize that I sound like a 15 year old N'Sync fan. I just like Law and Order...and as you all know, I'm sort of a hip fan.

It was the original Law And Order and it was a few years ago. Like I said, Courtney Love kind of Character is killed.

Could be this episode - even though he is not listed as guest star.

That could be the one. I don't even know if he has lines or is even on screen that long. It is possible he was an uncredited player.

Yeah, I managed to google quite a bit of information on that particular show, including some bad reviews, but Gord's name isn't mentioned in anything. Guess we could always have someone ASK him about it! Smile

i thought that that story line looked familiar,
it was the description that didnt match the story of the episode i watch yesterday on Bravo!

so i went to their website and:

Law and Order: True Crime
Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at 1:00pm ET
Briscoe and Green examine the life of a troubled rock musician after she is found dead of a drug overdose. Guest stars Tony Lo Bianco.

looks like tomorrow on bravo, said episode will be shown.
(but there might be a possibility that it's on tonight, as they sometimes arent that accurate)
