Sox in seven... After Johnny D puts one over the Monster in the 11th inning.
As for the curse: The Sox have got to break the curse by both defeating the Yankees and winning the World Series in the same year... unfortunately, St. Louis kinda looks like the Bambino in waiting. I think the Cards will take it all.

For Red Sox fans, which is more important? Beating the Yankees or beating The Curse and winning the Pennant? As a Sens fan, I would have said beating the Leafs is just as important to me as winning the Stanley Cup. Unfortunately, in our best year, the Leafs tanked and we had to settle for beating the team that beat them.

I say Red Sox in 6, the Yankees pitching is very weak this year. I think Red Sox Nation will be happy that they made it to the Series and fought hard; The Cardinals have a killer offense and will be tough to beat but I'm hoping the Red Sox can break the Curse :jump :thumb:

I think the Sox can take it too, by the way. I think we're nearly unanimous on that!

Yup...Sox in 6...
I also like the Cards in 6 over in the NLCS, but would love to see Houston and Boston hook up in the Series...Roger vs. the Sox at Fenway for all the marbles...couldn't draw it up better if I tried...:thumb:

Like I said up higher, the Sox are the pick- better starters, most important thing in a playoff.... comparable bullpens, lineups... coaching maybe not so much so.... but one would think they have the slight edge...except for one thing...they're the red sox.
