Nice job figuring that out, but I see you have Meridian listed at all the shows.
I do not think they played it at the second Mod Club show, I remember being disappointed not hearing it, because everyone was saying how good it was for the other club shows.

So - if they played 38 songs out of 120 they have made - that means we are hearing only 30% of their catalog. Do they really dislike the other 70% of their songs that much?

True 'dat. The second Mod Club show was also the only time "Poets" wasn't played.

It was listed on the setlist posted on thehip.com and someone mentioned it in the review section (but then again, another person left it out). You sure it was Meridian and not Poets? If so, I'll edit the original.

John - the setlist on TheHip.com is from the 28th.
On the 29th they did not play Poets or Meridian.

The edmonton setlist is also incorrect on the official setlist from thehip.com

looking for a place to happen and make shift were not played.

nothing replaced looking and grace too was played instead of makeshift.

the setlist on the hip.com doesnt include 2nd and 3rd encores

meanstreak and fully

and wheat kings.

I may be optimistic, and I know that this horse has been beaten to death on the board - but I SINCERELY hope that they play some other material on this tour.

I KNOW that the band forgets how to play songs and I KNOW Gord forgets lyrics, but geez, 1 or 2 obscure songs a set is not too much to ask, is it?

Here's to hoping anyways!

Hey guys, this is the AMERICAN tour. They are on the road to sell records so I am expecting more new material. Gord Sinclair makes the setlist and depending how small or how cool the venue is how he decides what "old" songs to play. I hope they play Chagrin Falls in Cleveland. The last time they did not. Four days and counting !!! Can't wait !!!

Edited.

I took the best available information from the '2004 reviews' area and then looked at thehip.com. It's not going to be 100% correct if the info isn't accurate.

I have to agree with Trevor (Man-Sized) here.
