Hey all,

If we do end up flying into BWI (Baltimore airport)...what is the best way to get into DC from there? In the past, I've always had friends pick me up at the airport and we'd drive down to DC...but this time, that's not an option (since they moved, yikes).

I heard about the MARC Train...runs every hour into Union Square (??) in DC...it looks pretty cheap, at $6 a person (one way).

Is this a good idea...or does anyone else know of a better plan??

Any help would be appreciated...

if you have a few people you could use "BLUE VAN" they will take you into the city for somewhere around 40 bucks

When my dad flew into BWI, he rented a car from Hertz. I think their going rate is 20 bucks a day? Anyway, good luck and enjoy the show! :thumb:

You would not catch me driving in DC, it's nuts there...not to mention expensive to park anywhere! Besides, their Metro system is remarkable...it can get you anywhere FAST. I'm thinking the MARC train ride there (35 minute ride) for $6/pp is a deal.
