Worst movies ever
#1

I used to think that Johnny Be Good was the worst movie I ever saw, but there is a new contender out there: Paycheck. Wow. I think I could actually feel brain cells being destroyed as I watched that nonsense. The movie's only redeeming quality was that Trudeau was in it, clearly in a "how much are you going to pay me? Where do I sign up?" role. I think I'm going to have to boycott anything with Affleck in it from here on in. He clearly sold his soul to the devil to get Good Will Hunting.

I actually thought Paycheck was all right considering some other movies out there. I recently watched "Hellboy".... Now don't get me wrong, I'm a big-fan of comic-book-turned-movies but this one was weak. The storyline is pretty good but how many times does Ron Pearlman throw a little witty line into the picture? EVERY FIVE GODDAMN SECONDS!!! Seriously I was getting tired of the constant string of stupid little remarks this devil was unleashing; "I'll go say hello." "You missed." "How big can it be?" "They never get the eyes right." It was just not good at all, like they were trying for certain prestige and ended up getting nothing. He has to rip his horns off at the end. Ooooh! He kisses her and she sets him on fire but he's fireproof. Wow! One of those movies where they throw in stuff at the beginning just to have a "cool" end yet it sucks. Pretty good CG going on though... Ron Pearlman was only good in Quest For Fire as a monkeyboy.

My vote goes to Blood Diner. An early 80's horror flick. It is so bad that it's almost good. Almost. It's about these two brothers who are nephews of a notorious (but deceased) serial killer. They dig up his body, remove his brain, and take order from the talking brain of the dead uncle. They work in this vegetarian cafe that serves the body parts of their victims. They kill in order to build the perfect woman, or replica of the goddess Shetar...a deity from the ancient Sumarian culture. Weird, awful, but funny stuff. I actually suggest renting it, despite the fact it's a total suckfest.

Vertical Limit is by far the worst movie I have ever seen. My friend actually leaned over to me at one point in the movie and said "I wish *I* was dying."

Nukie - After I read some reviews for it, I decided I just had to have it. I paid $20 to have some guy in New Jersey send me a used copy. It is, by far, the absolute worst movie that I have ever seen, which is quite an endorsement from a guy who owns "Plan 9 From Outer Space", "Attack of the Killer Shrews" and "The Devil Bat".

Bill Paxton in Frailty. Not even close. Nothing could touch this one for sheer overacting, thoroughly unbelievable storyline, and embarassingly un-fearful horror film watching. It boggled my mind that it got made and released. It was SO awful. Not even awful in the B-movie "so bad it's funny" way but everybody in it genuinely thought it was a terrifying movie so it didn't even have the camp value going for it.
