Tyson knocked out in fourth round
#1

He is finally done. Looks like we won't get to see Jones Vs. Tyson.

I wonder who will be the next great heavy weight champion?

I need 2 Kingston Tickets, please help.

You're kidding me? Talk about a fall from grace.

Anybody see him on Jimmy Kimmel Live? He could seriously have a future in TV... he's funny, surprisingly witty.

I just finished watching the fight. Tyson didn't look good. Looked like he blacked out or something in the first round... Not sure what the was, but he didn't look like the old Mike at all. I think his age is getting him.

I saw the Jimmy Kimmel thing and I was really surprised. You don't expect a guy like that to be coherent...I guess I sold myself on the Simpsons parodies (courtesy of Drederick Tatum) of a buffoon who looks in the dictionary before every press conference. He was surprisingly articulate and even a little - dare I say it - chummy.

Still, the guy's too old for a return. There aren't many who can swing it at that age and being struck out by an unknown British kid seals the deal. I'll try and erase this from my memory so I remember some of those great old fights back when his record was 46-2 or something like that. His present rating of 50-5-3 is remarkable in and of itself, but he was something to behold in his younger days.

Every now and then on Classic Night at the Fights they show a Tyson retrospective; and man oh man was he ever devastatingly good.

The heavyweight division needs someone and quickly. I fear we didn't appreciate the Kitchener native Lennox Lewis enough...Maybe it was because he developed a British accent overnight, or maybe because he had no competition, but he was truly great and we don't have that now. There's the Klitchko brothers, who don't inspire much out of me, and not much else. Seriously, there aren't many heavyweights out there that the public is familliar with. The best boxers (Trinidad, Gatti, De La Hoya, jones, Tarver, Mickey Ward etc.) are all in lower classes. There are no Alis, Fraziers, Foremans to be found.
