For some reason I have never liked Save The Planet. But most people I talk to love it. I'm not sure why, but I think it is the only flaw on Phantom Power. The only song keeping it from being a perfect album.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has songs like that.
i could include the Bastard too, but I'm not sure how popular it is.

I agree with you on Save the Planet. I seem to skip it almost every time I hear it. I think the last few songs on Music at Work never get any appreciation as well.

I like Planet.
I do not like Train Overnight.
Stops my white boy ass from moving at a show.

OK, let me rephrase that.
The only time my white butt "dances" is when I am at a Hip show.
A couple of songs kill the mood for me, because there is no "dancing" rhythm.
Fireworks and Train are just two of them. I do not like them live.

I love Save the Planet. It's New Orleans is Sinking I can't stand. Don't get me wrong though, it's a great song and it's the ultimate Hip classic, but man, when they play New O these days, it does absolutely nothing for me. Not to mention the fact that they don't even bother to jam on it or make it interesting anymore. The last few shows I've seen, they've just kinda gone through the motions and played the straight-forward album version, which is rather disappointing. I'm also a little tired of Fireworks, Little Bones, and Blow at High Dough.
But hey, maybe that's just me.

1. fireworks - out of 25 concerts ive probably seen it 23 times ....boring
2. NOIS - no jams anymore.
3. Gift Shop- time for a beer/piss break
