I don't think politicianz are capable of using common sence Lance

I agree, shit like that could make the base look like were in favor of that kinda stuff.....

I will not give up. My face is set,my gait is fast,my goal is heaven,my road is narrow,my way is rough,my companions are few,my guide is reliable,my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity,or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I will not give up,shut up or slow down....Blessed Be!

Well, I am in favor of hearing the new album, but hey we're only 16 days away now...it's all downhill from here. I can wait. Hanging on by a thread.

It made sense for a bunch of legal and common sense reasons actually.
As discussed with Ryan privately before I deleted it, the details were cleary mentioned.

Take care.

Oh, and I'm a "politicianz?" Cute. The stonecutters will be proud.

Wow, you go and play a game of NHL 2004 and look what you miss? Is it safe to say the album has leaked?

Cheers

P.S. Are you anywhere near the Begijnhof?

i want to hear the album to, but at this point I can wait.

I am happy that the Hip have been able to keep the album protected as long as they have.

Nothing was worse for them than back in 2000 when M@W was on napster in March or something and the album didnt come out until June or July.

Well, M@W debuted at #1 and sold pretty well. The last single, Freak Turbulance, was still getting heavy airplay in Toronto a full year after the release, and was in Q107's rock countdown deal a full six months after M@W hit stores. So I'd dispute that an album leak hurt 'em then... As Gord said: "If it's stealing, don't stop."

You're right though: only about two weeks to go! Finally!

No I didnt mean to say it hurt them in terms of sales etc. What I was referring to is that someone did that to them. Someone they trusted. I remember reading that summer after it happened, that the band said an insider stole the album and leaked it. I should have been more clear in my post. My bad.

Fair point. And, it never did become clear where the M@W leak originated...

Cool... the Northlands of the Netherlands

Dating a girl with relatives right near the Begijnhof, so besides a few WW2 references, that's about where my geographic knowledge of your fair region begins and ends. Smile

Although I do own a pair of wooden shoes.
