I went on the Internet and at around 10:10am I got seats in section 100, dead center, 9th row.
Thats the exact reason I didnt buy tickets in the presale on Friday, the best I could get were side 200 level. So waiting worked out great

I was messing around on and off since around 10:20.. and just now (11:25) pulled up section 100, 7th row!!!

I logged on at 9:58 oddly enough, and they were already on sale. Maybe my clock is just off??

Anyway, ended up with Section 102, Row 10. Not bad, not bad at all for 5 tickets all in a row!! I tried 5 minutes later for just two tickets, and Section 102 Row 4 popped up! Wow, too bad I didn't need them.

i had those dead center 9th row tickets...in fact i had 8 of em there at 10:01 and ticketbastard F'ed me. It gave me an error and i had to go again but thankfully im in the 13th row to the left now.

I already seem some tickets for Darien Lake listed on ebay...within 15 minutes of the tix going on sale. Unreal how fast some of these peeps work!!

i spent about 20 min looking for a better seating chart...could only find what TM had...im in section 101 row 10..anybody know if the seat #'s go from L to R or R to L???

How did i get these seats anyways?? a slow dialup connection at my parents house?? i though i would be in the lawns. Are the hip unheard of in the states (besides dihard fans)?? The venue IS close to canada :thumb:

Hope it will be an energetic show. Got the tix for me and my cousin, who is coming all the way from whistler BC. He is a bigger fan than i am...but i owe him a ticket for the show at the ACC dec 3, 2000, that was my first hip show! OK..off to a stag now. cant wait for july 1st and the 23rd 8)

seats in section 100 go from right to left, I believe that sections 101 (which is to the left of 100 )and 102 (which is to the right of 100) are also right to left. I had seats in section 100 row 3 seat 1 last time the hip played six flags darien lake. This time I have section 100 row 10 seat 7

presales never usually offer the best seats. they only have a small quantity of selected seats to offer. Presales are not about letting people get the best seats, only letting them MAKE SURE that they get any seats at all. so those section 100 dead center seats were not made available to the presale. thats why I waited until Saturday and was able to upgrade about 20 rows and move from side to center.

200's is very close, it's just not "get hit with sweat" close. I wouldn't give those up. You will have a much better experience in the 200's than in the lawn, trust me. But I guess it depends on personal preference. The Sound sometimes sounds a little better set back a bit on the lawn, but you can't beat being up close. When I am on the lawn I find myself saying, "@#$%, I wish I was up closer in those seats.

lawn seats at darien aren't very good. 200's aren't bad. personally there isn't very many bands i'd see if i had to take a lawn seat. i've already seen every band i've wanted to and with the prices of shows these days if i'm not fairly close i'm not going. sounds snooty doesn't it??
