Awesome, totally awesome...my favourite part was the shot of the band circa early 90's...anyone else see that? Truly an incredible vid though.

Haha yea, I caught the little snippet of the band. I would've liked to have seen a little more of the band in the video though.

I liked the video, however, I would have liked to see more of the band too, althought the portraits of them were pretty cool.
My favorite part is where it says "Burning down to ember's end" on the screen.

Hell yeah , couldn't agree more, that was simply awesome , full of symbolism , the rocket coming out with the star on it and red streaks down the side of the rocket, kinda looks like a representation of the American flag , and then all the bombs coming down . Simply an awesome video , wow!

I think it goes without saying...rocking new single (Released months before the record), innovative video and rumours of possible Canada Day show??? It's been said many times here already, but this is going to be a great record and an even better summer....
Just a new thought...as per Kim's post...we should all throw out tiny things we notice about the video everytime we view it...I think, early in the song I see a picture of what could possibly be Jesus??? That pic beside the window-any thoughts?

This is the video I've been waiting for since ABAC! Don't get me wrong...I like the other videos just fine...but as one of the guys said...."who wants to see our old tired faces in the video".
This also gets back to the high concept stuff they did in the early days. If this doesn't hit the Much Music charts I'll be really ticked off.

The one portrait on the wall looked like a possible portrait of the band done my Tomsett. All I could really make out was Gord D and Gord S. I tried to get a still image of it, but I was unsuccessful.
Anyone else notice that, or am I hullucinating due to this hot hot weather?
