I tried to make the title as descriptive as possible so I wasn't leading anyone on that a full tour was announced.
Do you think if we get a Canadian tour in venues with assigned seating (hockey arenas, theatres, etc...) THC will continue offering first dibbs on the seats to THC members? Also, are they able to tell who signed up for THC first, and will it be based on seniority?
Personally I'd feel a bit ripped off if they don't continue offering Hip Club members with first chance at tickets, and it should be based on seniority.

I so hope they do this again for this tour! Tickets for all 5 of the shows I went to were in the first 5 rows. All of the people that posted about using THC card to get tickets got excellent ones at that.
I see what you mean Rye about the Hip Club offers. They need to set some precedence for joining and keep it going.

i agree.........that was quite the perk and it certainly cut down on people burning the cd. i also liked the fact that right after it was released the purchaser had a chance to win tickets to an intimate up close and personal show. if they do that again i'd be tempted to buy two. its time mom and dad started tuning into something besides toby keith.

hmmmmm....if they do use the hip club I'm gonna need to find my card. I wanna be so close Gord can sweat on me:-)

Totally agree. I'd love to see a system similar to the tenclub used. It's be great if they used the Hip Club a little more. :thumb:

Has anybody tried logging in recently? I tried today, and it told me that my number was no longer valid.
I logged in with no problem.

Yeah, I just got in. You have to type in your number WITH spaces.
And this concludes tonight's episode of "Maybe Steve's a Newfie." Goodnight everybody.

I will not give up. My face is set,my gait is fast,my goal is heaven,my road is narrow,my way is rough,my companions are few,my guide is reliable,my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, turned back, diluted or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity,or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I will not give up,shut up or slow down....Blessed Be!

I would be happy if they did that for Hip Club members. However, I get the feeling that they are not going to use it anymore. Besides a few concerts and a couple of downloads, they never really put much time into it.

was this just a ploy to sell albums, like a 1 time shot, or are we gonna get any more use out of it?
