that looks pretty good. I can't make out the tell ya.... part either but I think I hear a 'the' in between to and Vaccination. though that's getting pretty picky over a 5 second sound clip, so feel free to belittle me.

wanted to add that it's fairly easy to hear it when someone's already put down lyrics, so nice work on that account. Check out this site for an example:

Just a guess, but I think it's "i'll tell ya if I'm able, I'll tell ya like it is"

and it's either moon-shocked or moon shot..who knows.
