All of this is really amazing...

Gord is simply an entertainer.....just the lead singer of one of our favorite bands of all time.... The course of 2016 with him is truly unbelievable. The guy deserves all accolades that come his way.

His philanthropic efforts on the part of not just one, but two charities in 2016 are remarkable. The national attention he's been able to bring to the Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer Research through Sunnybrook and the Gord Downie and Charlie Wenjack Fund are unparalleled. I hope he is honoured with the Order of Canada for his work, and soon!
