Great video, but Alan Cross has nothing to do with it. That guy just likes to take credit for anything he can.

This video is crazy. In every good way. Some solid solid gold. It's almost shocking when Gord starts singing, because everything about the video, the venue, the band even, seems pretty ... I'll go with informal, but what I actually want to say is amateurish...but then Gord's voice is like...perfect. Like it's always been. Like 2004 Gord teleported back to 1984 just to shoot this video. I don't think I actually realized just how much Gord hit the ground running--I guess as a 3 year old he must have been working out the eventual lyrics for Day For Night, lol.
& I also mean "amateurish", above, in the best sense. It was 1984, & the band was just starting out. Which is what makes Gord's voice all the more ridiculous.
