I'm sure we will see leftover inventory on the website just in time for a Christmas rush.

I was just thinking of this. Didn't get one at the show because of the steep price and now I regret it!

I passed on the lyric shirt and now am wishing I'd picked it up.

I'd love that blue shirt as well. The more people I see around town wearing those, the more I want one. I noticed yesterday a few sections in the Gift Shop are currently empty (tour tees, hoodies, posters). Hopefully that means they'll be stocking them up soon with newer merch. I'm hoping the Kingston poster will be available also. The only shirt I picked up at the show was the old-school black gargoyle one from the pop-up tent. It was $10 cheaper than the official shirts inside.

I said to myself that I have enough Hip merch from over the years and wasn't going to spend more money on anything new.

Then, after a few beers at Barcadia after the Kingston show, I regretted that.

Then, we were leaving the bar and right in front of the bar, someone had dropped one of the black hats that say THE HIP on it.
I looked around, there was noone around. It still had a paper sleeve in it, so it hadn't been worn.
So, it looks like The Hip gods had one last gift up their sleeves for me that evening.

I noticed at the merch table in Kingston they were selling the old tour posters, probably the leftover ones that were for sale in the Gift Shop.

This is one of the ones I spotted...

So maybe they won't be re-stocking. But it would make sense to print more of those shirts. They could still see a lot of them. Whether Maple Music has any interest in doing that though is another matter. They're probably happy to be rid of some merch so they won't have to deal with any new orders.

I got screwed by a merch guy - bought the sweatshirt and the black "flag" shirt with all the album names in XL. Turns out he gave me a woman's XL. I didn't look in the bag until after the tour was over...

If anyone wants to swap a men's for a woman's shirt...

That dragon poster is awesome. I remember a while back they had that one, along with a couple of others in the Gift Shop for only $5. I'm kicking myself for not ordering them when they were available. This was way before Gord's illness was revealed, and like most of us, I was convinced that the Hip would be around forever. I figured I didn't need any more merch, but of course now I'm trying to grab anything I can get my hands on.

I recently came across a website based out of the U.S. that sells some pretty amazing Hip posters that were never sold in their official store. Most of them are on the expensive side, but I might splurge on one or two of these:

This is awesome, thanks for the link. I love the Fillmore, bike race one.

I have the dog one in a drawer now for years. I meant to get it framed awhile back and hang it up but living in an apartment, I didn't put up too much on the walls. Even my degree is in the same drawer as this poster. Now that I bought I house, I can get these things up on display

I love that blue shirt as well and regret not picking it up earlier. At the end of the Kingston show, I checked a few booths inside and outside and all of them only had size small left. I hope they make more or have others for the online gift shop.

Glad I atleast got the Kingston shirt in my size
