hmmm...interesting if that comes to fruition. Would the CBC still air the Kingston concert if there were other ones after it?

I figured if Gord felt good a few other things may be coming. I thought NYE in Toronto makes sense, especially with the Winter Classic there on Jan 1.

Poor old Montreal.
And no I not complaining - just commenting on a rumour, but if they're really adding shows...
at least a dozen shows - Montreal - Ste.Adele - Verdun ARA - Highgate ARA - Kanata - Sugarbush - Portsmouth

If true I'd expect an announcement shortly to screw with the resale market for Ontario shows. Personally I have my doubts, national broadcast from Kingston seems to be the a perfect closer - but based on these set lists, obviously anything can happen.

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Toronto get a 4th show. The Hip are bigger than God out there.

The waiver form/contract from CBC to have a screening of the Kingston show says that you cannot use the words "last" or "final" in any promotional material for your screening, so it's possible that there may be another leg of the tour added if Gord is feeling up to it.

Then their lawyers should be busy.
I was listening to some local radio at work yesterday and he was talking Hip for a few minutes and kept saying it was over this was the last show and Gord is dying. I'm tired of all that talk its never been said once by the band and even if it is..what is this a death march?
This is a cross country party of epic proportions, lets celebrate.
I've never been so excited for a concert in my life, this ranks up there with my first Hip concert. After my friend gave me the ticket I could barely sleep for days.
Imagine a world before the "beginning was the word.”

How reliable are your "sources"? I just don't see it happening in the near future. I can imagine there was a lot of thought that went into this tour and how they wanted it to end where it all started 30 something years ago. This tour must be physically and emotionally draining on Gord and the band and you can see it at times during the first four shows. This doesn't mean I wouldn't love to see them add as many shows as possible but I don't see it
