I'm hoping for somewhat of a different setlist for this one. Don't get me wrong, It's always great seeing them live and I can't wait for Friday but it'd be nice to see it get changed up a bit for once. We'll see..

I was by the soundboard for the last show and witnessed nothing but great vibes.
But that doesn't mean the forward crowd was not bad, which doesn't surprise me for these outdoor shows at all.
I wonder how crowded it is going to be tonight? The Hip re-issues along with all the tickets already sold for this show when it was just Flogging Molly and Lowest Of The Low - might make for a very crowded show.
And it looks like a very wet show again.
And on a final note - After the show tonight, Lowest Of The Low is playing at The Waiting Room, 334 Delaware Ave., at 11 p.m. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to benefit the Food Bank of Western New York. Admission is a minimum of $10 at the door.

I'm actually hoping that since the Hip is the 3rd on the bill, all of the people there to get wrecked will have done so by the end of Flogging Molly and will have been forced to leave either by security or on their own accord.

I think that there might have been a Daredevil and possibly a Locked...

Definitely a Daredevil... was the highlight of the show for me, and definitely one of the best that I've seen in recent Hip shows. No Locked unfortunately...
Good show!

well it did end up raining again. That wasn't so bad but the wind sucked!
Saw a lot of bitching before the show from Molly fans and how their show was hijacked and I get that, short set for them n all. I was looking forward to seeing them since never did. Well now I did and don't ever have to again. I was bored. It's ok for background stuff but did nothing for me. As far as losing people after they were done the crowd looked liked it double once the Hip were gonna go on so no loss there. We stayed back near the soundboard this time, didn't try to be up front for once. Gord, well he seemed to be at another show at times, not exactly singing w/ the band at all. Normal lately i guess. Overall it's a Hip show and you know what it's gonna be. I'm just glad I still get to see them every couple of years.
