Take not gain or loss to heart:
These are minor thoughts.
Conscious purpose never succeeds:
Only innocence attains its will.

Most often the word innocence is associated with children; and the smaller the child the greater the intensity of that experience seems to be. The eyes of the newborn infant radiate other worldly wisdom and experience; (An experience that is still more "there" than "here").
When we talk about innocence and our return to that way of experiencing reality, we do not have to become little children but we can actualize that style of functioning in our adult lives. We can be just as open and full of expression and energy in a more mature way. Innocence calls us to be present and without preconceived notions of what is happening or who we are. It is the ability to be wide open without fear or defense against the world.
How many remember an innocent request from a child. It is almost impossible to turn it down. It beckons to be fulfilled. It is a request that is devoid of any underlying programming of fear, doubt or low self-worth. The Universe rushes to fulfill that desire.
Innocence cannot be created by will. It is a natural part of who we are and manifests as a by-product. One can open up to it and allow it to enter like an old friend. Gradually one begins to experience it and it becomes a more and more stable state of being. The treasures begin to unravel before our eyes and the moment reveals its beauty for the innocent eyes. Innocence is the nature of reality. Anything lesser is born out of our own false thinking and reliance on our senses that can perceive only a tiny portion of reality.
The concept itself does not do anything nor is its meaning important. The experience is everything and it provides the foundation for further expansion in truth. Descriptions serve as pointers and inspiration but one's own cognition of innocence is what manifests that quality here on earth.
The kingdom of heaven that we seek is only available in this moment. It is the direct experience of who we are. Those 100,000 thoughts a day pre-empt the experience of the kingdom within as well as the innocence that allows us to experience it.
Writing songs about an experience, or Plan, is all fine and dandy. However, has anyone ever really shown you some real tools you can use? Gordon Downie is here for a reason, and I am here for another. After all, I am no entertainer. But I can offer you real tools (techniques) which you can use to return to innocence. Tools for the Plan.
The Ascension Attitudes (Ishayas techniques) are designed to clear out past beliefs and behavior patterns which inhibit full mental and physical functioning. By effortlessly introducing these seed thoughts at a deep refined level of thinking, the entire structure of the mental framework gradually and gracefully transforms to reflect Reality.
Reality spelled with a capital "R" is not the reality of life mixed with suffering, the common experience of most in the world today. The capital "R" kind of Reality means that life is lived in joy, with each moment experienced fully; each opportunity is mined for its rich opportunities for progress, creativity and love. An upward spiral of consciousness is created by ascending; a new structure of awareness is built upon the firm basis of the direct experience of Reality.
The Ascension Attitudes are priceless for the modern world. The intense pace of life is simply too great to be countered without the power of a profound new Teaching. These techniques revolutionize every aspect of life by introducing new experience of inner peace, deep rest and stability.
Ascension is extremely easy to practice and quickly frees anyone from stress. This opens life to maximum creativity, enjoyment, health and success.
We all started life with innocence and brilliance. It has taken us many years to cloud our minds with self-destructive beliefs and habits. But it is easy to begin to reverse this and move back toward the freedom and power of life in the present moment. Worry and fear are not natural; they are artificially learned and maintained by our beliefs and judgments about life.
It is not hard to de-program ourselves from the hypnosis of our past and cultural conditioning. As an immediate result, life becomes easier and more enjoyable. Freedom from stress means that each moment is lived fully and completely. Every day is new with wonderful possibilities when we are no longer victimized by our past.
Now for Plan A….
