This Break...
#1

Who wants to humor me on the optimism front, and hope that the boys are taking this entended break before the final two tour dates to jam, play some songs, maybe write a bit, and rework the setlist for the last 2 shows?

Or, they are just resting and relaxing with family. Why bother straying for only 2 shows.

Any thoughts....

They are not all taking a full break ... Gord is playing a couple of shows in the Niagara region.

Optimism rules! That would be really cool if they threw away the "best of set list" for the final shows.  The Buffalo show is a perfect opportunity for a nautical/water theme set.  Think of the gems they could bust out.  How often do they get a prop like a giant battle ship in the background?  Plus I'll be there!

Staring out the window down the lawn to the lake...for as long as it takes.

I was thinking the same thing...pretty disappointed in the setlists I've seen so far. Great venue - You can count on a Nautical, maybe a Lake Fever...cant wait !!

It looks like the album won't be out until next year - I'd guess spring, but that's just a guess. That would likely mean touring from the spring to the fall.

What makes you say next year? (It's only August)

In recent interviews, both Gord S. and Rob have said that the album won't be out before next year. Baker on a recent radio interview. Can't remember which one, though...
