Other than the Trews playing first, what else is there to do that day in Watertown? Is there a festival going on or something?

Let me know.
Thanks,
PJ

birdseyeview Wrote:I have seen many shows on the ballfield and they put the stage at second base. For general admission they have some limited seats along the baselines and right behind homeplate. Otherwise you can get a good spot on the bleachers or get as close as you can before you get into the reserved section. Really with the stage so close there is not a bad seat in the house. They are calling for over 6000 people there so I would get down to the field early and tailgate.
As for things to do in Watertown...not a ton. We have a mall up the road from the show and thats about it.

So, how easy is it to smoke in public at this venue? Cops give the crowd much trouble?
kramdenfan Wrote:Does anyone know if cameras are allowed in? I have an SLR camera and some shows they let me walk in with it, other shows they stop me at the gate and say it's "too professional." At one of the Art Park shows in '09, the guard at the gate looked at it and said no problem. Then during the show a guard grabbed me and made me give him my battery (which they gave back after the show). He said that was per The Hip's direction, but there were cameras better than mine everywhere I looked. Luckily I had already taken 250+ pictures, but it was still annoying!
