In regards to the email, should it be interpreted as:

[There will be] more concert news [coming] this week (i.e. more shows)
-or-
[Here is] more concert news this week (i.e. Bobcaygeon tickets available)

I know it's all in the semantics of it - any opinions?

There ere no new shows announced on their website so it could just be the Bobcaygeon ticket announcement.
