I'm seriously considering launching a website, the idea and concept ill keep quiet for now, but web hosting and web design are a couple of aspects of computing that I'm not too up on...

I was hoping someone could recommend a good web hosting service to use and an idea of the costs involved? As well, any other pertinent information or advice is appreciated..

It really depends on what you need. Hosting can be free and run up to thousands per month for managed dedicated hosting.
