Apparently when you buy the new record, it comes with a free download of a bonus album featuring 9 extra songs recorded during the sessions. I wish more bands would do stuff like this. I'm lookin' at you, Tragically Hip.

I was at one of the recording sessions for this album. They recorded at Levon Helm's studio in Woodstock, weekend nights sold tickets and you could watch/listen as they recorded. I've seen a lot of great shows by a lot of great bands, but the night in Woodstock was the best live music event I have ever seen, and doubt it will be topped.

This song was not typical of what the rest of the album will sound like...though this song is pretty catchy.
