5 years ago it was Bobby D, since then the multiply talented Neil Young has become the my choice. Robbert Zimmerman is way too depressing (Tangled up in Blue) to listen to even tho, When the Ships come in & Positively Fourth Street along with Stuck inside of mobile with the Memphis Blues again are some of my Fav. Singer song writer tunes.

I'd have to say Neil Young but even at that not a whole lot. I just can't seem to stomach Dylan.

I'm not really a fan of either one, but I gave the nod to Young cause I can stand some of his songs.

Although I prefer Neil, I am surprised by the results.

Why?
Only 15 people have responded to the poll, is that really a proper gauge for anything?

Dylan is God
I may be a little biased, though. I own every single one of his albums.

Just glancing over my iPod - 5 Neil Young albums (Harvest, Rust Never Sleeps, Time Fades Away, Zuma, On the Beach) vs. 1 Bob Dylan album (Blonde on Blonde). I definitely listen to more Neil, though I won't even attempt to argue the quality of the two.

Neil by quite a bit for me too.
I heard "Like a Hurricane" many years ago, hooked since.

Bob Dylan hasn't been relevant since the early 70's NY is still relevant and influential. It's cool to see that 3 of the top ten are Canadian and two of the top ten are non-Canadian's  (Prince and Elvis Costello) living in Canada. (3 cheers for nationalism)
