Ok, so I know this may sound a little bit wired, but I was at hockey last night and started talking Hip with a player on my team. He informs me that he was/is friends with the Hip from way back in the day. He asks me where they are from, to which i state the obvious, Kingston. He then proceeds to tell me that they are actually, from Rexdale, but they just don't like to tell people about it....... So has anyone else ever heard this? He also told me that their first real show was in Wasaga Beach.
