Has anyone else out there had problems with the customer service of Air Canada, Zip or Jazz?
Through all the flights I've had, the only problems that I've ever had with poor customer service are with Air Canada and now Zip. I mean I've had flights delayed due to weather and other unavoidable problems. But a flight changing from a departure of 6:40AM to 1:05PM without any explination of any kind only a week away from the flight!?!?
This is only the latest problem that I've had with them. It's been quite awhile since I've actually flown with Air Canada but I've had similar problems in the past as have my family members, friends and fellow workers.
Has anyone had any problems when flying with WestJet? I've flown with them many times now and have never had anything like this happen and the customer service with WestJet is out of this world when compared to that of Air Canada.
Maybe there's a perfeclty logical explination for this rash change in flight times, but none was provided to me when told about it or even after asking about it. All I know now is that I'll be missing a day of work thanks to the change.
I should also note that the only reason that I chose Zip over WestJet in this case was over a difference of $25. Stupid. Won't happen again.
Sorry for the rant.
