For me, Gems is too repetitive and simple (although I really do like the song) but Bobcaygeon is a classic, they play it live almost every show, has some great Canadian references and I think I like it more...

I voted for 'The Last Of The Unplucked Gems' because I once heard a phenomenal version, where after the verses Gord sang the chorus to 'Thugs' overtop of it. No clue where it's from, and it probably pre-dates Thugs...
...but my god it was sweet!
And I'm not sure I like this "No Cheerleading" rule/guideline...
I think cheerleading instills some excitement, and its great to hear what people voted for, but more importantly, its great to know why they voted.

i went with bobcaygeon, tough call. while the more seasoned hip vetran would probably always lean to gems 100 percent of the time, being the rarer of the two in a live setting. i think it was touched on earlier that it is a fairly simple song, a tad short, and enough to sway my vote.
match up one was already a brain boiler :nooooo
