If Celine Dion gets anything, it's a sin.

now i love hip hop, but that Timbaland tape is fucking garbage, that shouldn't be nominated for anythign but "coaster" of the year...

Junos are a fuckign joke...and awards shows in general are complete B.S.

only one that means anything to me is the NHL awards.

With all the musical talent in Canada, it's amazing that there is so little quality at the Juno's. :?

Nice one.

And why do they need a category for International Album??? Especially when it means, "US Album of the Year" or "An Award Created So That We Can Hopefully Get A Big Selling US Act To Grace Us With Their Presence In Exchange For An Award".

Couldn't agree more with both of those points.

It's nice to see Wintersleep get a couple of nominations, though I'm not exactly sure what makes them a "new" group Confusedcratch:

Seven years, three albums, countless cross-Canada tours....

That was one of the dullest Juno's i've ever watched. Usually i enjoy watching the show, but Feist was really the only performance i liked tonight.

I didn't bother watching it, I actually haven't watched any part of any Junos since the Hip's performance after being inducted in the Hall of Fame.

I was curious about how Russell Peters was, he's quite a funny comedian and I enjoy his work. He said he was going to liven up the show, so when you say this was a dull show, was he just that bad?

He had a few funny lines, some that went something like this:

"I've personally never seen the Junos, so I guess I'm a true Canadian."

and at the end of the show before Jully Black's performance:

"...and now its time for the show to go out with a bang... and if I could ever go out with her, I'd be sure to give her a bang"
