I got a notice in the mail yesterday, claiming it was my FINAL NOTICE to pay a parking ticket for $70.
The ticket apparently came from dec.7th at 5:15. According to their website the lot doesn't exist, but my guess is its a certain lot that I sometimes sit in my car for a few minutes when i pick my girlfriend up from work. I never leave my car when I'm there and I'm only in there for a few minutes at a time.
I have read online numerous threads of ppl saying no need to pay these, there just bullshit, and I have heard other ppl say pay them to avoid any credit problems etc.
My main argument is that I never got an actual "ticket" how can they prove I was even there. They could have just got my license plate from my car if i was justsitting across the street, not in the lot, and claimed the same thing.
Anyone have any input on this? Or personal experiences with Impark?
