Gord Downie as special guest with Joel Plaskett
#1

Happened last night at the Horseshoe. He sang with Joel on "Love This Town" and then ripped it up with "Christmastime In Toronto".

Other special guests last night were Sarah Harmer, Gordie Johnson and Joel's dad, Bill Plaskett

I don't think luck has anything t'do with it...If I saw the same amount of shows that Mark did, I'd expect a surprise guest or two every now and then...

Gord's really been making the rounds lately though...

It was actually Sloan's drummer, Andrew Scott playing Fashionable People
the night before.

BTW the past two shows had no tickets at the door when doors opened at 9pm.

not sure which night it was, as said, but my friend surely wouldn't confuse scott for downie as he's a huge sloan fan.
