Reported on 94.9 The Rock that Gord was sighted at Neil Young's first of 3 SOLD OUT shows at Massey Hall last night.

Something about his seats being pretty decent too ... do ya think ! 8)

Gord seems like quite the Neil fan so it's not really a shock.

On a related note, I learned that basketball players also have to go grocery shopping - Chris Bosh and I were in the same aisle at Sobey's last night. He's MUCH taller/broader than I imagined.

He's definitely a big Neil fan. He has covered When You Dance and Tonite's the Night during his solo shows. Also, I'm sure that I'm probably way off but, I always thought that the "play your tonite's the night right, and don't clear the place" line made reference to Neil TTN tour in late '73 when Neil pissed everyone off by playing super long renditions of TTN a couple of times during a show.

I saw him at Neil's Greendale show a the ACC as well.

I was looking all over for him thinking that he would be there.
I did see Ron Sexsmith and one of the Canadian Idol judges.

Just wicked shows - I scored 2nd row center for the first night and 10th row for the 2nd night. Man that would have been wicked sititng by Gordie at a Neil show.

Gord is a huge Neil fan. I met him at the Neil 6/03 A.C.C. show. He was standing in the hallway. Some girl asked me if it was Gord and I ran over like the lunatic I am.
