Summiteer posted some UFO stuff in the YouTube thread and it reminded me about a local talk show host and "UFO" sightings lately.
I placed Summiteers original video below.

Here's the story behind how I obtained these shots...

On Saturday October 20, 2007 I stopped at a local business on the spur of the moment. One of the employees knew of my interest in the paranormal, and asked if I might be interested in seeing photographs her boyfriend had taken in July, during a trip to San Francisco. Of course! But I wasn't expecting the photos to be of such high quality.

The pictures you are seeing were taken in a span of about 30 seconds, at approximately 11 PM. The object(s) were not seen at the time the photos were taken.

This was caught on camera a couple weeks ago just south of me,lotsa sightings lately in the territories,been alot of military people around town as well.

I would say the video looks more realistic to me.

I have never seen anything myself but I do enjoy the subject. It's tough to find reputable sources. People are seeing something in the sky and it deserves legitimate investigation.

I recommend this video as a good start for anyone interested in military and government officials eyewitness testimony. It gets a little weird at the end but then again the entire subject is way out there to begin with.

About 8 years ago, a co-worker gave me a cassette containing what I believe was a broadcast of the Coast-to-Coast AM show. This particular broadcast focused on a UFO mass-sighting somewhere in the US (I want to say Texas or Oklahoma...but I forget). It was fascinating.

It traced the evening's events through actual recordings from the local law enforcement dispatch, beginning with the initial call from a concerned citizen reporting a bright red light in the sky, moving irregularly, low to the ground, and making little sound, and continued with the call from dispatch to an officer in the field. There was no narration or speculation from the host of the radio show, aside from introducing the extended soundbytes and logging the sequence and chronology of the events.

At first, the recorded conversation between dispatch & the officer chided the citizen's report as a typical hoax or overraction, but soon, more calls came in, and when the officer approached the area of the sightings and saw the light, his tone quickly became less flippant.

Soon, consternation could be detected in his voice and he relayed his impressions back to dispatch -- he was befuddled by what he was seeing.

The upshot of the story -- the reports were corroborated by multiple officers from different agencies, and calls to a nearby military airbase revealed no official knowledge of classified or experiemental aircraft in the area. There was no further resolution (as I remember), just that those officials who saw it (there were many) were clearly shaken by what they witnessed.

Description: My girlfriend and I saw this UFO last night (11-13-07) while we were driving home from San Diego. We were driving up the 5 north. We saw it about 60 miles north of Bakersfield, CA and followed it for probably 30 miles. I shot about 3 or 4 minutes of pretty clear footage. I have a total of 16 minutes of footage as we chased it. I have lightened it so you can see it better in the black night sky. With our own eyes we could see the outline of the craft at times. It had red lights most of the time, but sometimes they would all shut off. The second time that it flew directly at us and over us the lights turned to a white-light blue color. This is definitely not an airplane. It flew right over us twice, about 1,000 feet above our heads and made absolutely NO sound. It just glided through the air. It shape-shifted and even expanded to the size of 4 football fields at one point. It flew side ways. At one point what looked like a comet flew out of it sideways. I didn't get that on video. I've seen lots of shooting stars and they ALWAYS come from the sky. This one flew sideways slowly. Very strange. Pretty amazing. Near the end of the footage it looked like a triangle flying sideways. We are still in shock that we got to see this thing, watch it for so long, and get it on video! I think it is extraordinary.
