I recently downloaded the Hipbase & Hipfans compilation and I thought it was put together incredibly. The introductions given by various hardcore fans gave me that warm, close-to-home feeling, as I attended many of those shows and completely concur with the justifications behind their song selections. Paul's introduction to Well Go Too > Daredevil was something special; instantly, it sent chills down my spine and then it got me to thinking... Is there any other band on the planet that would honor thier fans by introducing a song on a fan compilation? I think NOT!

Well, I'm sure there are a lot more of you out there who didnt get to contribute to the compilation and would love to give there two-cents... I know I would... If you'd be interested in making another compilation let me know... I'm sure I can help facilitate the process and put the whole thing together.

2007 WAS A GREAT YEAR... I'M SO PROUD OF THE BOYS FOR PLAYING RELENTLESSLY NIGHT IN AND NIGHT OUT, ALL YEAR LONG, ALL OVER THE GLOBE... SAD WC TOUR IS COMING TO AN END BUT IM EXCITED FOR 2009 AND HOPEFULLY ANOTHER MASTERPIECE ALBUM... 2007/2008 NEW YEARS SHOW WOULD BE EPIC, SO LETS ALL HOPE THAT GOES DOWN!!!

I would welcome another compilation as well. I was glad to contribute in my small way to the first one. Whether the leader of the first effort, yourself, or someone else takes the lead for the second one, I'm sure the community will pull together again to create another memorable compilation.
