My fiancee and I are going to Austin and Dallas to see the boys. I'm having withdrawal since going to the Boston show in April and missing the show the next day in Hampton Beach as I had to leave due to a family emergency, which of course had to take precedence.
And what's great about this upcoming trip too is that this is a dream come true as my favorite hockey team, the Dallas Stars, are also in town the night after the Hip take the stage in Dallas. Naturally, we're going to the hockey game too.
I was in Dallas a few years back, but never Austin. Anybody know about the club La Zona Rosa in Austin? Namely, capacity. I can't imagine it's that big.
Anybody else going to check out these shows?

La Zona is a smaller place, very good sound and kind of an indoor/outdoor place and I have yet to see a crowded Austin Hip show. Looking forward to the show, I have seen them twice in Austin in the past and will be there with some future Hip fans...I am bringing a posse. Be safe and enjoy!!

Yep... I am in for the Austin Show and the Dallas show as well.
If they are as good as the Astonia Show, then we are in for a Great Night!!!
Right now I am in San Antonio, so I will be driving up for the show tomorrow night. I can't wait.

My wife and I are heading to Austin now for my first Austin Hip show since they rocked a packed Liberty Lunch about 10 or so years ago. I'm jazzed to get to see these guys for the 2nd time this year...seems like they haven't made it this far south very much in the last few years.

AWESOME Show...
Just pulled into San Antonio for the night. Off again to see the Dallas show tomorrow night. I can't wait!
