when I met Bobby before the Boston Avalon show, I was pressing him for details of future bootleg releases from the Hip vault...(what a shock, huh?)

well we were talking about "best boots / best shows and he told me he thought their best performance / best bootleg was this show below
( wrote it down so I wouldn't forget.. and just found the slip in my pocket today)

anyone have the boot??

Wasn't it Baker who also said they would be back in Boston this fall to play the Orpheum? As of now it looks like the tour will end in Europe. I still think Phoenix and San Diego deserve a full length show! Sorry, but playing 8 songs while opening for The Who doesn't cut it.

and he said this with certainty..

wouldn't be the first time they "jumped the pond" to close out a tour..

since all the college students come back to Boston in the fall, its usually a good stop for them, ticket sales wise as well..
