there is a lot of time that is not accounted for. why is it taking 35 mins to setup before the stones go on? and 25 before AC/DC? and 25 before Rush? and only 20 before the guess who? those times might be exagerrated to hide the hip's performance.

I'd say that those times are in there as a bit of a buffer. I don't think that 20 or so min. is too much for set up time though. It's got to take quite a bit of coordination to make sure everything's in place for each band when it needs to be.

Who knows what'll happen though. I read somewhere about rumors that there would be suprises throughout the day. Any way you look at it though, it's a huge show.

Re the buffer between bands. Think about it. 1/2 million people. They need to drink and eat. The break would be great for businesses there and Im sure the time to set up equipment is required. Especially in the heat there today.

That was the worst display of television in my life. FOR GOD SAKES, IT'S LIKE ONE OF THE BIGGEST SHOWS IN CANADIAN HISTORY. YOU COULDN'T SEE ONE WHOLE AC/DC SONG, THEY DIDN'T EVEN SHOW A DAMN STONES SONG OR ANYTHING UNTIL LIKE 11:00PM. COMMERCIALS EVERY 10 SECOND......WORST EVER!!! SHOW SUCKED!!

The Stones had full rights to the show, most likely for a DVD to come out later. Can't really blame them, a lot of people are going to want a souvenir.

Great show, I was there. AC/DC's set was the most intense hour of my entire life.
