you can catch the clips on muchmusic in canada or on cbc and other channels only 1 song per band will be shown around 9pm at night

I think this is true - whats more practical as a surprise band - the hip or paul mcccartney as some rumours suggest- the hip couldnt turn it down playing with the stones and rush they are fans too

As far as tv coverage goes Much Music will be broadcasting 11 hours of coverage with the CBC adding some as well. This is ticking me off!! I went so far as to email thehip asking them if all these postings on websites are for real. Thehip haven't said they'll be there, it's not on their website. How come pollstar and canoe say they'll be there. I want to know for sure before Wednesday because to me, it ain't worth going to unless thehip are FOR SURE going to be there.

Mats i put it up friday on the homepage of hipbase in the news section with the links ... I dont think its an error - they will be there

No offence to those that are going, but I don't think I'll be missing anything.
If Skydome was any indication of seeing the Hip in a big crowd...eeke.
Now, Molson Park on the other hand...yummy.

The Hip were taken off the Pollstar site, so I'm beginning to doubt again. Or maybe it is intended to be a surprise.
